通过表面标记分子CD4、CD25以及Treg特异性核内抗原FoxP3的组合鉴定调节性T细胞。 试剂盒组成：
1mL Anti-FoxP3-PE或者Anti-FoxP3-APC;
1mL CD4-FITC;
1mL cd25-PE或者CD25-APC;
2mL FcR Blocking Reagent;

结果：
Treg (CD4/CD25/CD127) 检测试剂盒
CD127分子在Treg细胞上不表达或低表达，
所以CD4+CD125+CD127-/low也常用来鉴定Treg细胞。
该方法的优点为标记全部为表面抗原，不需要固定破膜步骤，
